At Morrison Nursing Care™, we've organized our services into Care Programs and Care Plans to make choosing the right support simple and straightforward.

Our Care Programs describe the type of care you or your loved one will receive, such as skilled nursing, companion services, or family support.

Our Care Plans describe how that care is delivered, including the length, frequency, and level of support that best fits your unique needs and schedule.

Together, your Care Program and Care Plan create a personalized care experience designed specifically for you and your family.

Professional clinical support provided within the LPN scope of practice.

Starting at $60/hour

Ideal for

• Medication management and nursing support
• Wound care (when ordered)

Minimum Visit
2 hours

Everyday assistance that promotes comfort, connection, and independence.

Starting at $32/hour

Ideal for

• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Errands
• Transportation
• Daily routines
• Social engagement

Minimum Visit
4 hours

Starting at $125 per visit

Designed for nursing services that generally require 60–90 minutes, such as:

• Wound care
• Health assessments
• Medication setup
• Wellness checks
• Other eligible nursing visits

Flexible support for occasional needs.

(2–4 hours)

Designed for shorter visits, wellness checks, and occasional assistance. Essential Care™ is ideal for families who need dependable support for a few hours at a time without committing to a recurring schedule.

Consistent daytime assistance.

(4–8 hours)

Perfect for clients who benefit from several hours of support during the day, including companionship, nursing care, meal preparation, transportation, or help with daily routines.

Extended personalized support.

(8–12+ hours)

Designed for clients who require full-day assistance or a combination of nursing and companion services. Comprehensive Care™ provides greater continuity throughout the day while supporting comfort, safety, and independence.

Peace of mind through the night.

Ideal for clients who benefit from overnight supervision, safety monitoring, medication reminders, or assistance during evening and nighttime hours.

A Scheduling Enhancement may be added to any eligible Care Plan when additional scheduling accommodations or assignment requirements apply.

Evening Visits (after 6 PM): +$5/hour

Weekend Visits: +$5/hour

Major Holidays: 1.5× standard rate

Urgent Requests (less than 24 hours): +$10/hour, subject to availability

Travel outside the standard service area may include mileage or travel fees.

Transportation provided during visits is billed at the applicable hourly care rate plus IRS standard mileage when using the caregiver's vehicle.

Some care needs extend beyond a standard visit schedule.

When appropriate, Morrison Nursing Care™ can develop a customized care plan based on physician recommendations, the level of assistance required, scheduling needs, travel distance, and the complexity of care.

We'll always discuss available options and associated costs with you before services begin.

Before services begin, you'll receive a clear explanation of your care plan, schedule, pricing, and any applicable fees so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

✔ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – New York State

✔ Professional Liability Insurance

✔ CPR & Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified

✔ Healthcare experience across multiple care settings

✔ Independent Private Duty Nurse

Here’s what you can expect.

Complete the Client Intake & Care Needs Assessment to tell us more about the individual receiving care, current needs, routines, preferences, and any important health or safety considerations.

We’ll carefully review the information you provide to determine whether Morrison Nursing Care™ is an appropriate fit for your needs and identify the services and level of support that may be most beneficial.

If we’re a good fit, we’ll recommend a Care Program, Care Plan, and proposed schedule based on the information provided and your family’s individual needs.

We’ll connect with you to discuss our recommendations, answer any remaining questions, and finalize the details of your personalized care arrangement.

Once you’re ready to move forward, required service agreements and onboarding documents will be completed and your initial care schedule confirmed.

Care begins! You’ll receive access to the Family Care Center, your private client resource for care documents, important information, forms, resources, and ongoing communication.
